241215 Five Historic Photo Studio, Sintra

In Sintra, I visited a photography studio dedicated to the exploration of nineteenth-century photographic techniques, where we produced a tintype using the wet plate process. I observed the entire workflow—from exposure to development—and learned the procedures in detail. The studio also housed various types of stereoscopes and stereographs, as well as cyanotype works, which I examined firsthand while learning about their technical processes.
